The Georgetown BID has a new Halloween in Georgetown guide that includes a few scares, plenty of family-friendly activities, and some sweet surprises to balance it all out.
Kick off the month with a Ghosts of Georgetown walking tour to learn even more about the neighborhood’s spooky side and the historical figures who walked these streets, documented their experiences in letters and journals, and – in some cases – never left.
New this year, Georgetown’s most infamous staircase is getting a glow up with a free haunted light show on Halloween night. In between, we’ve got a dog costume contest, trick-or-treating at a historic estate, and more!
