Smith Point Site of Severed Pinkie?

The alleged altercation was a year ago, and now an Arlington attorney has sued the company that owns Smith Point, the popular Georgetown bar and restaurant charging assault and negligence with a bouncer resulted in the severing of his pinkie finger.

According to The Washington Post, a civil suit was filed last week in D.C. Superior court by Robert S. Dyer for $500,000 in damages. Read more here.
