What's Your Story?

Launched only a few months ago, their new patent-pending wearable technology platform is already on its way to this year’s Emmys via pizza-boxed swag gifts!

I had a chance to meet Share A Scan co-founder Kailey and find out what this tech fashion is all about. A high school entrepreneur, Kailey leads her team in the Wharton Business Leaders Global Investing Club while her sister Shara is a college student studying business-finance and AI technology, and also a multi-time school Shark Tank winner.

This DMV innovator duo has turned an ordinary QR Code into an updatable digital identity. As Kailey explained, “Share A Scan began with a simple idea: what if sharing who you are could be as easy as wearing it? Instead of waiting for people to search for you online, your clothing and everyday items turn into instant digital connection points. Each scan opens a story, a connection, or a moment — because we believe every piece of merch should have meaning.”

When you visit the ShareAScan website you create an account that gives you your custom QR Code. You browse their offerings to select your unique wearable—a T-shirt, hoodie or mug—with more product drops added regularly.

"We help you design products," says Kailey,"that not only look great but also connect instantly to what you’re doing. Whether you're building a brand, promoting your work, networking, performing, selling, or simply expressing yourself, your scan becomes your voice.”

With their web app built around privacy and control, you can update your content anytime, block unwanted viewers, or open your world publicly. Share your videos, your photos, your updates, your messages, all without changing the printed code.
