Presentation on Saving Patagonia June 10

On Monday, June 10th, from 7:30 to 8:30 pm, join Patagonia DC to hear Kristine Tompkins, founder of Conservacion Patagonica, present a slideshow and discussion about the final steps in completing Patagonia National Park, a 650,000-acre flagship park that will save and restore Patagonia's wild lands and wildlife.

The former CEO of Patagonia, Inc., Tompkins' presentation covers the early days of Patagonia, Inc., how she and Doug Tompkins started doing conservation in Patagonia and a tour of the work going on now to create Patagonia National Park. The event is free. A $10 donation to Conservacion Patagonica is encouraged.
