Connecticut-based PopUp Bagels has opened its first DC location at 1078 Wisconsin Ave NW. Offering hot bagels right out of the oven, their menu includes plain, everything, poppy seed, salt, and sesame bagels, and plain and scallion schmears – plus weekly specials like pimento cream cheese and “hotel” butter. Sold by the bag.
