One of the purposes of the event at The Penthouse At The District at 1401 S Street NW, was to highlight Beasley’s penthouse listing, share amazing art and highlight the introduction of the new company Havenly to Washington, D.C.

The exhibition was done by The Art Registry and artwork was by Dominique Fierro and Maggie O’Neill.

The multi-floor penthouse is located in a thoroughly modern building with large windows that bring in the outside sunlight. It’s a short walk to the exciting 14th Street corridor that boasts of cool restaurants and the several live-performance theaters. The apartment listing is for $7,500 a month.

The three-hour high-energy event was packed with invitees who dined on appetizers and marveled at the top-of-the city views.
