P Street B&B?

A 15-room boutique inn is planned in the 2600 block of P Street in Georgetown, according to Washington Business Journal. The Avery, named after Samantha Schneck's daughter, one of the company's principals, is slated to be a bed and breakfast that appeals to embassy and university students' families looking for a neighborhood experience.
