NGA Ice Rink Lights Up the Holiday

The skating season at the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden Ice Rink is in full swing and will continue through March 16, weather permitting. The skating experience is enhanced by splendid views of large-scale sculptures by modern and contemporary artists from the Gallery's renowned collection. A broad range of skating lessons is offered to all ages, taught by Emme and Bruce Porter, along with their team of instructors.

Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Friday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.The ice rink will close at 5:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve. The Gallery and Sculpture Garden are closed on December 25 and January 1.
