Next ChaptHER was founded by a group of four friends united by a mission: helping women embrace the next chapter of their lives with purpose and passion. One year ago, four friends, Anina Belle Giannini, Lindsay Gill, Hilary Phelps and Alicia Mckenzie, bonded over their shared experiences of making tough choices to design a life that they loved. Their conversations over the years followed a common thread, one of envisioning the next phase of their life once they had done all the things that they felt they should have done. Getting married, having a family, achieving career goals, all very noble pursuits that they were proud of but each was left wondering…what next?
Whether it's exploring a new hobby, envisioning a new career, rekindling an old passion, or wondering “what’s next?” Next ChaptHER is a resource and a friendly space with kindred spirits.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS:
Lindsay Gill is a mom, wife, daughter, and sister whose three children have profoundly inspired her. Aware that not all families have the same resources, she recognized the disparities in support that mothers face. This insight led her to establish The Napkin Network, based in Washington, D.C., to connect moms in need with those ready to help. Harnessing the reach of social media, Lindsay’s mission is to uplift mothers across the country on their unique journeys. She is thankful for everyone who joins her in this important cause.
Anina Belle Giannini enjoyed a 20 year career as a Sales and Marketing Director for luxury hotels in 4 different countries before co-founding her DC based Marketing and Branding Agency in 2024, Savoir Faire. She is the mother of 2 young children (7 and 4) and the wife of French Chef, Sébastien Giannini. Her blog, Lechefswife.com, is a leading resource online for modern French cooking, made simple. She hosts a thriving social media community and her work has been featured on the Today Show and The Washington Post.
Alicia McKenzie is a wellness entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and the visionary behind Lift Like A Mother™—a modern media company creating empowering content across podcasts, written media, and digital platforms. Known online as @LiftLikeAMother, she brings over a decade of experience as a former CrossFit athlete and certified fitness, wellness, and nutrition coach. She’s the author of Balance is Bullsht*, a candid guide to building healthier habits without losing yourself in the process. Her debut children’s book, These ABCs Belong to Me, launches in October 2025. A mother of five and real estate investor, Alicia is passionate about helping women live with intention and authenticity—on their own terms.
Hilary Phelps is a proud mom to Alexander, and an advocate, speaker, coach, and facilitator who turned her personal struggles into a mission to empower others. Once the fastest swimmer in the nation for her age group, her life took a turn at 14 when she began a 15-year battle with addiction. At 29, she entered rehab, beginning a journey that led to over 17 years of continuous sobriety. Today, Hilary shares her story to inspire others and is the founder of The Right Room, a podcast and holistic platform supporting women through life transitions like sobriety, divorce, and career change.
