Standing Room ONLY it was on Wednesday evening for Billy Martin's Tavern 80th birthday. Mayor Vincent Gray brought a proclamation, making it Billy Martin's Day in the city, the camera lights flashed and people fell of the chairs they were standing on to get a better view of the ceremony. "Same family, same location. The city's changing, but we're not," said Billy.
