Mayor to address Georgetown Monday, Oct. 3

Georgetown's ANC announced that Mayor Vincent Gray will address the ANC's monthly meeting Monday, Oct. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Georgetown Visitation School at 35th and Volta Place, NW.

The announcement that the Mayor would address the meeting came shortly after neighborhood complaints about the O&P Street repaving project reported in The Georgetown Dish appeared in a broadcast by NBC4's Tom Sherwood.
Also on the ANC agenda are development issues related to Hurt Home, Rose Park and 3000-3050 K Street, as well as changes to G2 and D2 Metrobus schedules. Separately, a redistricting advisory committee headed by ANC Commissioner Tom Birch submitted a revised redistricting plan to Councilmember Jack Evans Thursday, the ANC announced.
