Make a Wreath at Tudor Place

Don’t leave your front door empty this holiday season! Join Tudor Place for a mixed greenery wreath making workshop with all the trimmings. Craft your wreath from historic Tudor Place garden materials including holly, cedar, and magnolia leaves to create that perfect wintery touch for any holiday celebration. Leave your wreath green or add bows, bells, and ornaments to capture the Christmas spirit.

Mixed greenery wreaths from Tudor Place materials are a beautiful, classic, and sustainable alternative to boxwood wreaths and help us ensure the strength of our boxwood population. Boxwoods across the globe are suffering from two widespread, incurable diseases that irreparably harm them. To conserve our centuries-old boxwoods for all visitors, we will trim no on-site boxwood for wreaths this holiday season nor bring other boxwood material onsite. Holding this workshop offsite further ensures the future health of Tudor Place boxwoods. If you are interested in making a boxwood wreath this year, please consider the offsite boxwood wreath workshops on Friday, December 16.
