La Bonne Vache translates to "the good cow" and it's a new 42-seat French brasserie at 3265 Prospect Street in Georgetown.
Transforming iconic sandwich spot, Booeymongers with a fresh new look designed by Partner, Rachel Aikens, the enticing menu was created by her husband and Chef/Partner, Robert Aikens and executed by Chef Scheyla Acosta.
With traditional French entrées guised as burgers and sandwiches and a beverage program to complement by Operating Partners Ari & Claire Wilder, this hospitality team plans to win over the neighborhood.
