Join Blues Alley Jazz & The Korean Cultural Center Washington DC for a three-night celebration of Korean Women in Jazz July 6th through July 8th from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
The series will feature performances by award-winning pianists and composers Dabin Ryu, Hayoung Lyou, and Jihee Heo highlighting exceptional New York-based Korean talent in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States.
Aimed at broadening cultural ties between Korea and the United States by spotlighting one of the two countries’ most longstanding and influential genres of artistic exchange – jazz music – this series presents exceptional Korean talent currently performing at the top of their game in the United States.
