Il Piatto Launches Bottomless Brunch
Il Piatto, the Italian concept by restaurateur Hakan Ilhan, launches bottomless brunch on the weekends. The Italian restaurant offers a prix-fixe menu and bottomless mimosas for $34.95 per person from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests can anticipate starters such as, “Arancini,” fried risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella and served with a tomato-cream sauce; “Calamari Fritti” with fried squid, giardiniera, and tomato sauce; “Caesar Salad” with croutons; and “Meatballs” with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. Entrees are equally mouthwatering with a selection of “Tiramisu French Toast” with mascarpone and cocoa; “Italian Shaksuka with tomatoes, roasted peppers, sunny-side up eggs, and crostinis; “Italian Eggs Benedict” with prosciutto, poached eggs, hollandaise, english muffin, home fries; and more.
To complete the meal on a sweet note, guests have a choice of Limoncello Panna Cotta; Dark Chocolate Mousse; or a selection of seasonal ice creams or sorbets.
Il Piatto is open for lunch, brunch and dinner daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.The restaurant is located at 900 Black Lives Matter Plaza NW, 20006.
