HOBO Opens in Georgetown

Leather accessories company celebrating the legendary spirit of the American hobos who followed their own path and lived by a code of hard work and kindness in pursuit of the next adventure.

HOBO, a premium leather accessories brand, has opened in Georgetown at 1265 Wisconsin Avenue NW.

The female-founded, family-run accessories company in the former John Fluevog spacet has its flagship shop in Annapolis, MD.

“Georgetown holds a special place in my heart,” says Koren Ray, HOBO’s Co-Founder and Chief Visionary Officer. “My lifelong love of craft was born in my mom’s iconic sandal shop in Georgetown in the 1970’s. The new store will embody our brand’s ethos, creating an inviting environment that showcases our signature colors, textures and styles and celebrates our unwavering commitment to creating quality leather goods made to last. We are proud to be putting down retail roots in the heart of the Georgetown community.”

In November, HOBO will unveil their music-inspired Holiday Collection which embodies the season’s inherently festive energy. The Holiday campaign will celebrate five genres of music to get us in the gifting groove: Timeless Tunes, Luxe Melodies, Glitter Grooves, Naughty & Nice, and Peace Pop

For a gift that gives back, the space will also house a limited edition Giving Tote, which supports HOBO’s partnership with Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope. From luxe festive flair to timeless holiday style, HOBO will be a one-stop shop for gift-giving this season.
