Greek Architecture Lecture at Tudor Place October 22

Calder Loth, Senior Architectural Historian (semi-retired) of the Virginia Department of Historic Resources, returns to Tudor Place Tuesday, October 22nd from 6:30-8:00 pm to trace the development of Greek Revival style and how it enriches the U.S. and European architectural landscape.

In an inimitably engaging style, Mr. Loth will use images from his personal archive and others to show how Greek architectural vocabulary describes much of what we see today in our region and to illustrate the differences between the Greek and Roman orders.
