Gardens at Dumbarton Oaks
2026 season passes are available now.
An oasis in DC, the Gardens at Dumbarton Oaks were designed by renowned landscape gardener Beatrix Farrand, in collaboration with property owner Mildred Bliss. The property extends over ten acres of terraced gardens and vistas, orchards, and kitchen gardens. Farrand and Bliss worked together for almost thirty years to achieve their vision, which includes many fine decorative ornaments—benches, gates, finials, and sculptures.
Season passes are valid beginning March 1, 2026. A pass entitles the bearer(s) to unlimited visits to the Gardens, expedited admission (skip the line!), and to a 10% discount at the Museum Shop.
