Family-Friendly Afterparty at Ateliers Jacob

DMV Modern Home Tour design enthusiasts celebrate in Georgetown.

After hosting visitors at some of the area’s most impressive modern residences on Saturday, the 2025 DMV Modern Home Tour presenter, listModern’s Ron Mangas, explained why it’s such an uplifting experience. “This is all advocates and enthusiasts. Everything is positive! They’re looking at all the things they like!”  A collaboration with Modern Architecture & Design Society, the annual tour provides an exclusive opportunity to walk through extraordinary homes and speak intimately with some of the specialists who have brought them to life.

The Canadian high-end custom kitchen cabinetry and millwork design company had wanted to expand their footprint in the US when they reached out to Sagetov. “They liked my work at ODE," he explained, "and an amazing partnership was formed. We’re totally custom, incredibly flexible, everything from traditional to ultra modern. We collaborate early on with architects and designers to add value to their process and to give them something they can’t get from any other manufacturer in the US.”
