“We’re exploring an exciting array of programming,” said Tom Meyer, President of Clyde’s Restaurant Group. “For music lovers on both sides of the mic, The Soundry will present top talent in an intimate, comfortable setting. The music venue will play an integral role in the redefinition of Downtown Columbia as a unique and dynamic urban center.”

Continuing Clyde’s tradition of using high-quality, fresh ingredients sourced locally and sustainably whenever possible, the chef team is busy crafting a “Street Food” menu, which will combine vibrant flavors with presentations that are easy to enjoy while sitting, or standing and grooving through a show.

Clyde’s Restaurant Group’s decision to open a live music venue in Downtown Columbia is the latest redevelopment of the 391-acre center of Columbia by The Howard Hughes Corporation. When completed, the Downtown Columbia revitalization will include 14 million square feet of mixed-use development comprised of 4.3 million square feet of commercial office space, 1.25 million square feet of street retail, 6,244 residential units, and 640 hotel rooms.
