City officials attend Wilson High School ribbon-cutting

The official-ribbon cutting for the modernized Wilson High School on Chesapeake Street, NW, on Thursday brought Mayor Vincent Gray, councilmembers, school officials and others to the to the new atrium in Tenleytown. With the new building, Wilson students will no longer have travel to temporary classrooms at UDC on Connecticut Avenue when D.C. public schools open on Monday.
