Bid farewell to 2015 in exquisite style with Capella! Capella will offer a multi - course champage dinner in The Grill Room, hosted by Executive Chef Frank Ruta. With Grand Cru Champagnes from Dom Perignon, Veuve Clicquot, and Ruinart. Each sumptuous course will be accompained with premium champagnes.

Dance the night away under the luminous night sky on Capella's Rooftop New Year's Eve Party, complete with a Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar and one signature cocktail. Toast to the New Year at midnight with a grand champagne toast while celebrity DJ Charles and a percussionist keep the festitives going until 1:00 am.
