“Best Ever” Hacks & Flacks at Local 16
Local reporters, D.C. Government public information officers, elected officials and all others gathered shoulder-to-shoulder for the fall Hacks & Flacks on Thursday at Local 16 at 16th & U Streets, NW.
Dubbed the “best ever” by Mark Segraves of WTOP to Nikita Stewart of The Washington Post, two of the organizers it included Marie Drissel passing out anti-online gambling literature, Councilmember Jack Evans “punching” Tim Craig of The Washington Post for writing bad things about him and the political consultant and Dish columnist Chuck Thies trading presidential campaign war stories with WAMU’s Patrick Madden.
