Bar à Vin Opens in Georgetown
Restaurateurs Ian and Eric Hilton of Chez Billy Sud, along with chef and partner Brendan L’Etoile, will open Bar à Vin Monday, March 7th.
Bar à Vin shares the same philosophy as Chez Billy Sud, emphasizing classic French wines in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Sommelier Andrew Wooldridge will oversee the wine program.
In addition to France, the list also highlights wines from Italy, Germany, Austria and the United States. Classically inspired cocktails, old world style beers, aperitifs and digestifs will round out the menu. Chef Brendan L’Etoile will complement the wines with a selection of house made charcuterie and European cheeses.
Situated on the other side of the patio from Chez Bill Sud, Bar à Vin is an intimate and rustic space, designed by long time Hilton brother partner Joe Reza.
Bar à Vin is located at 1035 31st Street in Georgetown.
