AT&T Joins Tuckernuck at 1055 High

EastBanc, Inc.and Jamestown LP announced today that AT&T, one of the two premier retail spaces in the upscale, waterfront property 1055 High – a 28,760-square-foot condominium building with seven high-end residences overlooking the C&O Canal at 1055 Wisconsin Avenue, co-developed by EastBanc, Inc and The Willco Companies.

This retail space will be AT&T’s sixth DC location with plans to move into the 1,409-square-foot Georgetown site this December with a grand opening set to occur in first quarter 2016. Bill Dickinson of Rappaport Retail Brokerage represented AT&T in the deal. The AT&T lease is the second of two lease opportunities in the 1055 High property, the first was secured by established online boutique Tuckernuck in early January.
