Alchimie Forever Hosts Galantines Day Brunch

At Peacock Cafe Georgetown

For the second year in a row, DC based global skin care brand Alchimie Forever hosted a Galentines gathering celebrating the beauty of self care, friendships, and community on Wednesday February 11, 2026. “In the spirit of self care that lives at the heart of the brand, we wanted to once again host an event that would celebrate friendship,”said Alchimie Forever Co-Founder and CEO Ada Polla.“To have so many inspiring women blazing their own trails at one table and to be so lucky to call them friends and Alchimie Forever supporters was an honor.”

Alchimie Forever turned to Peacock Cafe Founder Shahab Farivar & Chef Maziar Farivar to create a menu that would highlight the ingredients found in the brand’s skin care products.

From matcha smoothies and blueberry oatmeal, to watercress and cucumber salad served along side scrambled eggs, and papaya-studded fruit salad. Champagne sprinkled with blueberries, an Alchimie Forever signature, clinked as guests were thanked for their support of the brand.

In an industry where most brands gather in New York or LA, it is important to us to also honor the city where Alchimie Forever has grown up.”said Polla, who has resided in Georgetown since 2002 and established the brand’s US headquarters there in 2004.
