On Saturday, January 9, renowned interior designer and author, Carey Maloney, will give a lecture titled “Infinite Resources: The Dawn of the Interactive Design Book and STUFF.” An ardent collector since the age of five, Carey Maloney will share his experience travelling the world to find and collect great “stuff.” He will explore the fascinating things that he and his clients have found in the hopes of inspiring all of us to explore new areas of collecting. Mr. Maloney, along with architect Hermes Mallea, is a partner at M(Group), an architecture and interior design firm based in Manhattan. M(Group) has been included in Architectural Digest’s AD100, and projects have been published extensively, including in The World of Interiors, Elle Décor, House Beautiful, Town and Country, The New York Times, W, and Vogue. Following the lecture, Mr. Maloney will sign copies of his book, “STUFF.”

Once again, proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Washington Winter Show’s charity partners: THEARC, Bishop John T. Walker School, and the Founders Board of St. John’s Community Services.
