The Grill Room at The Rosewood Hotel in Georgetown is launching a special Wine Dinner Series with four dinners in February, March, and April, showcasing unique wines from vineyards across the U.S. and Europe.

On February 7th, the dinner will highlight RdV Vineyards, a nearby Virginia favorite specializing in Bordeaux-style blends. The menu will feature several wine varietals thoughtfully paired with seasonally inspired dishes, including Ricotta Gnocchi, Rohan Duck Breast, and Grilled Dry Aged Hangar Steak.
