Dinner with Federico and Jennifer

Federico Bibi and Jennifer McIlvaine may have come from different places (he in Foligno, she in Philadelphia) but their roots are now firmly entwined and planted in the fertile Umbrian Valley. This couple is all about food and wine - with Federico managing the Terre Margaritelli vineyard and Jennifer operating a popular culinary tourism company.
