TTRSIR's Mark C. Lowham Recognized by Washington Business Journal

CEO and Managing Partner of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Mark C. Lowham has been named one of the Washington Business Journal’s (WBJ) Big Winners for 2018.

Lowham led the firm to its best year to date, with over $3.1 billion in closed sales, a 4.5% increase from 2017. Lowham personally negotiated several of the region’s largest real estate transactions — including the sale of the iconic Merrywood estate — as well as the listings of The Falls of McLean, Virginia and Hollerith House of Washington, D.C.

Joinging TTR Sotheby's International Realty in January, 2011 as CEO and Managing Partner, Lowham added to a distinguished career as a widely recognized leader in the Washington real estate community. Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as Executive Vice President at WEST*GROUP, one of the region's leading commercial real estate development firms.

“Washington’s top tier of residential real estate remains an excellent value compared to other capital cities around the world,” says Lowham.
