Realtor Committed To Community Initiatives Joins Beasley

Ty Hreben, one of real estate’s most experienced and accomplished professionals, joins Beasley Real Estate, effective immediately.

Ty brings nearly 15 years of real estate experience and has consistently been recognized throughout his career for outstanding service and results. Ty was honored in his very first year of real estate by being named Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s “Rookie of the Year” for generating sales of over $10 million followed by winning numerous “Top Producer” awards in DC and the mid-Atlantic region.

Ty moved to Los Angeles in 2010 joining Keller Williams Realty Beverly Hills and continued to perform in the top ranks of his profession and earn the trust and confidence of sellers and buyers from the Hollywood Hills to the beach and everything in between.

In keeping with Beasley’s commitment to the community, Ty has worked closely with both the Whitman Walker Clinic and SITAR Center for the Performing Arts and served on The Somerset Elementary Schools Teacher Parent Committee.

Ty grew up in small town in Ohio, the youngest of six siblings. There, he nurtured the value of hard work as a way to distinguish himself from others – a key driver in his dedication to integrity and professionalism when working with his clients.

Ty is licensed in the State of California and will be licensed in the District of Columbia by August 15, 2014.
