The buzz is that Vornado Realty Trust Company, which recently acquired The Shops at Georgetown Park, has signed T.J Maxx, an American discount department store and HomeGoods, a discount home furnishing store, both of which are operated by TJX Companies.

According to The Georgetown Metropolitan, another tenant signed is Michael's Arts & Crafts. The Georgetown Metropolitan reported Friday that they had a flyer which Vornado had distributed to retail brokers  outlining available space for restaurants.
