Reports of Nathans' sale

This side of reading it in the "Recent Sales" in the Post, it looks real: Rodrigo Garcia and Britt Swan signed a deal on the Nathans' property at M and Wisconsin.  We got it first from Kate Michael' blog and now CarolJoynt.com reports that we can expect the New York-based ice cream parlor Serendipity 3 to fill the space.  Carol notes that Rodrigo is "essentially a hometown boy; son of Marlena Chalmers Cooke of  and manager of the private club L-2."
