Get juiced at Eastern Holistic Arts

March 24, 2011

Eastern Holistic Arts (EHA) is offering a special phDetox Cleanse, a week of raw juicing from March 28 through April 1, 2011.

As Tracy Hackett, EHA owner explains, "Cleansing with raw juices gives the body a refreshing and invigorating respite from digestion without the feelings of deprivation you might expect. These beverages give the body a blast of phyto-nutrients that can literally be felt the same day."

It's becoming increasingly apparent as new research shows that you truly are what you eat. Making even a simple start of one, three, or five days of living raw juices can make a powerful impact your vitality. All of the EHA juice and mylk are: raw (unheated), organic (no chemicals added), and vegan (no animal by-products).

The benefits of the pHDetox Cleanse: Bright eyes, mental clarity, physical glow, feeling grounded and balanced, clear skin, weight regulation, a sense of calm, better stamina, overall improved physical health, plus the  drinks taste great!

The pHDetox Cleanse includes signature fresh pressed, organic, raw, vegan juices. Prepared daily by Tracy are six bottles of pure bliss: 3 green lemonade (a powerhouse of 12 ingredients), 1 pineapple mint (enzymes to cleanse the upper GI), 1 grapefruit cocktail (cleanses the liver), 1 vanilla almond chai mylk (satisfying protein that soothes the digestive tract at the end of the day).

There’s a one day version for $95, three days for $250, or a full five days for $400. To learn more about Tracy Hackett and Eastern Holistic Arts, visit: easternholsticarts.com.
