Brasserie Liberté Open for Christmas

Brasserie Liberté is open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 11:00 am. to 10:00 pm. The brasserie serves a three-course pre-fixe menu on Christmas Eve for $64.95. 

Holiday specials include, “Chestnut Soup” with Ruby Port, Bacon and Rosemary Cream; “Waldorf Salad” with Pomegranate Seeds, Grapes, Celery, Apples, Spiced Walnuts, and Dijon Vinaigrette (GF, Vegan);  “Seared Filet Mignon” with Asparagus, Pommes Puree, and Truffle Port Sauce (GF); and more! On Christmas Day, guests can anticipate brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dinner service to follow. Brunch standouts include, "Avocado Toast "Lox Benedict," "Beef Bourguignon Skillet," and more.
